The main objective of this TC is to provide technical support to DANE in the design, execution and analysis of a pilot census which contribute to some activities of the general census. This pilot census is the only opportunity for DANE to test all of the innovations that it intends to put in place for its general census of 2005. It would comprise a comprehensive "dress rehearsal" that would reveal the necessary changes and improvements for a successful general census.
