Expansion Financial Services Coverage to SMEs through Microfinance Ins. WWB
The general objective of the project is to improve the quality and efficiency of financial services provided to microenterprises and small enterprises by introducing advanced technologies to the microfinance operations of WWB network affiliates in Colombia and the Dominican Republic. This will allow for increased efficiency in the loan process and will improve channels for distributing these services. Improvements in efficiency and productivity will translate to lower interest rates for low-income borrowers at participating institutions and more flexible products, designed to meet their needs.
