Program for Resilient Urban Revitalization and Institutional Strengthening in Montería
The program's overall objective is to promote Montería's resilient and sustainable urban development by strengthening the municipality's fiscal sustainability and creating the conditions for private sector participation in urban development. Its specific objectives are to: (i) improve urban and environmental conditions in the intervention area along the Sinú River waterfront, consolidating the riverfront as a safe, resilient, and city-integrated public space; (ii) strengthen the institutional capacities of the Mayor's Office for territorial planning, land management, and the preparation of strategic urban projects, thereby creating conditions for private investment participation; and (iii) strengthen the City's capacity to generate its own-source revenues.
