Program for strengthening of the Legal Defense at the territorial level

The overall development objective is to reduce the State's fiscal vulnerability—both at the national and subnational levels—to claims for unlawful damages. The specific development objectives are: (i) to strengthen the legal defense capacity of subnational entities; (ii) to enhance the legal defense capacity of national-level entities; and (iii) to increase the adoption of knowledge tools for legal defense.
