Program to Strengthen the Legal Defense of the State at the Territorial Level

The overall development objective is to increase the effectiveness of the State's legal defense at both the national and territorial levels, through the strengthening of the institutional capacity of national and territorial entities, and the digital management capacity of ANDJE, with the aim of reducing the State's fiscal vulnerability to claims for unlawful harm. The specific development objectives are: (i) to increase the institutional capacity of entities, both at the national and territorial levels, for the proper management of the State's legal defense; and (ii) to strengthen ANDJE's digital management capacity in order to increase the adoption of knowledge tools in the State's Legal Defense.
