The general objective is to improve access and graduation from Higher Education (HE) in Colombia. The specific objectives (OE) are: (i) increase the transit from Secondary Education (EM) to Higher Education (ES) of young people from targeted areas; (ii) improve the permanence of HE students; and (iii) strengthen the quality management of the HE educational offer.
