The program's general objective is to contribute to Colombia's fiscal stability through an increase in tax revenue intake, more efficient use of public expenditure, and better management of public debt and liabilities, including contingent liabilities. The specific objectives include the following: (i) strengthen the collection of tax revenue; (ii) improve public expenditure efficiency; and (iii) improve the management of debt and contingent liabilities.This operation is the second in a series of two operations under the programmatic policy-based loan modality.
