Reform for the Strengthening of National Human Capital Training System SNFCH
This operation will improve human resources training in Colombia. Specifically, it will support the design and implementation of strategies and actions which have been defined in CONPES 3674: Policy Guidelines for the strengthening of the human capital training system and the National Plan for Development 2010-2014, among others, which are oriented to improve pertinence and quality of human resources training.
