Strengthen territorial biocultural governance and socio-environmental sustainability in the collective territories of Southern Nariño. The specific objectives of this operation are: i) To strengthen the technical, administrative, and financial capacities of ethno‑territorial organizations to influence territorial management and to exercise self‑governance;ii) To implement ecological and productive restoration actions with an ethnic-focused approach in strategic areas of collective territories;iii) To promote sustainable productive initiatives that foster the empowerment and economic autonomy of local ethnic entrepreneurs.
