MIG-INTEGRATION: Support for the mitigation of employment barrier for migrant population in Bogota and Cali

The general objective of the Investment Grant (IGR) is to support the Governments of Bogotá and Santiago de Cali in mitigating employment barriers faced by the migrant and host populations. The specific objectives are: (i) to assist the Government of Santiago de Cali in designing and scaling results-based financing (RBF) interventions for employment, while supporting the Government of Bogotá in implementing complementary strategies to overcome barriers to labor market participation, including the provision of enhanced employment services; and (ii) to promote knowledge management and monitoring program outcomes to ensure the sustainability and scalability.
