Program to Strengthen Employment Policies
This program aims at strengthening the design and implementation of employment policies in Colombia. Specifically, it will: i) foster institutional capacities in the Ministry of Labor to design and evaluate employment policies; ii) invest in technological modernization of employment services; iii) invest in the design and implementation of initiatives that develop skills in the workforce.
