The objective of this Technical Cooperation is to support the strengthening of the institutional capacity of the Chilean public sector through the implementation of good practices in the areas of human resource management, governance, digital transformation, integrity, and regulatory quality. Specifically, it seeks to: (i) strengthen the civil service of the State of Chile by identifying improvements to its macroprocesses and management and training systems for public officials; (ii) strengthen the governance of key state institutions; (iii) accompany progress in digital transformation, public integrity, and regulatory quality; and (iv) support the development and adoption of data- and artificial intelligence (AI)-based solutions related to the aforementioned areas. To achieve this objective, the operation will support the design and implementation of studies, plans, diagnostics, strategy reviews, and evaluations, as well as dissemination activities and the strengthening of communities of practice across various areas of the Chilean State.
