The general objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the execution of the operation "Support for the Green Hydrogen Industry in Chile" (5757/OC-CH) and to design and implement its mid-term evaluation. The specific objectives are: (i) to support actions that strengthen the implementation of the program, with special emphasis on Component 1 of the operation; and (ii) to carry out the program's mid-term evaluation to review the project's performance and identify areas for improvement in technical, regulatory, institutional, and implementation aspects.
