Support to the mid-term evaluation and implementation of the Green Hydrogen Industry Development Support Programme in Chile

The general objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the implementation of the operation "Support to the Green Hydrogen Industry in Chile" (5757/OC-CH) and to design the methodology for its mid-term evaluation. The specific objectives are: (i) to support actions that strengthen program implementation, with a particular emphasis on Component 1 of the operation; and (ii) to design the methodology for the program's mid-term evaluation, enabling a review of project performance and the identification of areas for improvement in technical, regulatory, institutional, and implementation aspects.
