The objective of the Technical Cooperation (TC) is to finance the impact evaluation of operation CH-L1181 "Global Export Services Program of Chile II." This operation has as its objective to contribute to the development of capacities for a greater internationalization of the global export services (GS) sector of Chile. The specific objectives are: (i) to increase the availability of digital talent (DT) with the competencies demanded by the GS sector; (ii) to support the promotion of exports and attraction of investments of the GS sector; and (iii) to consolidate public-private coordination for the development of the GS sector. The objective of the study is to evaluate the impact of labor training programs on the employability conditions of individuals and the impact of export promotion and investment attraction assistance on the international insertion of firms. Heterogeneous effects will be considered by gender, region, and firm size, as well as the existence of possible synergies from the assistance of both agencies. Proposal presented and approved by the DEIF (D3763).
