Supporting sustainable management of Chilean native forests

The TC aims to provide technical support to the National Forestry Corporation (CONAF) for the sustainable management of native forests in the regions of Los Ríos and Los Lagos, which cover 25.4% of Chile's national native forest area. This TC has 3 specific objectives: (i) support the creation of knowledge and capacity building for the native forest industry and landowners to incorporate climate change and biodiversity; (ii) support the design of climate change and biodiversity plans and forest management tools; and (iii) promote the incorporation of natural capital into decision-making.
