Support for the inclusion and transversalization of the gender perspective in Chile's police forces
The general objective of this TC is to contribute to increasing police confidence and legitimacy, and consequently, their effectiveness, through the formulation of strategies for the inclusion and mainstreaming of the gender perspective at the internal and operational level. The specific objectives are (i) to develop a gender diagnosis of institutional structures, policies and practices; and (ii) formulate an action plan to strengthen the integration of the gender perspective in Carabineros de Chile and the Investigative Police (PDI).
