Support for an Effective Descentralization
Support SUBDERE in the implementation of its regionalization strengthening program based on the reform that would implement Law No. 21,074 on the Constitutional Government and Regional Administration. This implies supporting the transfer of powers to regional governments to deepen the country's decentralization processes through fiscally responsible strategies and based on greater equity in urban-territorial development. In addition, this TC aims to support the authorities with technical studies and regulatory design of the reforms in the process of implementing the reforms, which in turn will be included in the Program to Support Effective and Fiscally Responsible Decentralization (CH-L1147).
