Support to the Creation of the Company Fondo de Infraestructura S.A.

To assist the Government of Chile, represented by the Ministry of Finance and Public Works, to resolve: 1- corporate governance challenges of the new company "Infrastructure Fund" (IF); 2- the methodology of accounting in the public accounts of the transfer of assets to IF; and 3- incorporate financing instruments (debt, guarantees, equity) in the operation of IF. In addition, the Government of Chile will be assisted in incorporating the best international practices in the management of public companies based on other experiences of creation of this type of companies in the world.
