CH-T1155 : Improved Management and Transparency in Citizen Services

The program provides an opportunity to address the two challenges related to transparency and control mentioned in the previous paragraph. More precisely, this technical cooperation support the implementation of the operation by providing technical expertise in both the actions of improvement projects that relate directly to the transparency and control, as supporting the strengthening or development an instrument for collecting and disseminating information on the quality of public services. Thus, the present CT articulates with the Fund Transparency, both in terms of initiatives to improve mechanisms of control and accountability as tools for strengthening access to public information, especially in a critical area as the delivery of services to citizens.
