Analysis Financial Situation Municipalities and Offer Instruments and Policies
The aim of this technical assistance is to realize a "Analysis of the Financial Situation of the Chilean Municipalities and To do Propuesta of Instruments and Political for his Strengthening". The study has four specific aims: i) to diagnose the current situation of the financial system and of the municipal finance; ii) analysis of the budgetary municipal cycle as for the process of collection; iii) to plan the financial behavior of the municipalities for the medium term and iv) to define a set of political and instruments to perfect the efficiency, transparency and municipal responsibility, as well as to increase the magnitude of financial resources that the local governments administer.
