Renovarum Renewable Energy Fund

The fund will invest in small hydro plants, and will bring about considerable social and environmental benefits. It will provide the much needed capital to develop small scale hydro projects that currently remain underdeveloped. Renovarum Fund will help Chile meet its goal of promoting energy generation from alternative renewable sources, and of combating climate change by increasing its renewable energy capacity. It will invest in greenfield projects, which if successful, will contribute to an increase of 128% of the renewable energy capacity of Chile, and to the development of a new model of VC/PE in the country.
