Creditú: Democratizing Access to Financing for Homeownership in Chile
The objective of the project is to expand access to social housing to lower-middle class and vulnerable people in Chile, thus helping to reduce the significant housing deficit. This will be achieved by contributing to the implementation of a new credit product developed by Creditú, to finance the mortgage down payment required to access a mortgage loan for social housing.
