CH-L1095 : Program to Improve Technical Vocational Education
Project Status: Closed
The program objective is to improve the relevance, quality, and effectiveness of technical vocational education (TVE). To this end, the program will support policy actions to achieve the following specific objectives: (i) develop an institutional framework that coordinates the actors involved in TVE in order to ensure relevance, quality, and effectiveness; (ii) adapt TVE programs to the productive sectors¿ needs by means of a qualifications framework to be developed to make the system more transparent, improve access and relevance, and facilitate quality monitoring; (iii) improve and adapt TVE quality assurance mechanisms; and (iv) deploy TVE programs in the selected territories and sectors.
