Strengthening Climate Mainstreaming and Adaptation Finance in Brazil’s Portfolio

The objective of this Technical Cooperation is twofold: first, to strengthen SEAID's institutional capacity to monitor and assess the climate outcomes of operations reviewed by the Commission for External Financing (COFIEX), with particular emphasis on adaptation and resilience; and second, to leverage the IDB's existing expertise, systems, and operational experience to advance the systematic integration of climate adaptation throughout its operational cycle in Brazil.
