This impact evaluation will examine whether and how AI-powered tools improve treatment adherence and ongoing engagement with healthcare, especially among vulnerable users and with a focus on non-communicable diseases, such as diabetes and hypertension. Specifically, the project will develop and implement an individual-level randomized controlled trial (RCT) to evaluate different models of follow-up support to patients.
