Knowledge Exchange between Brazil, Chile and Costa Rica on prison infrastructure and recidivism prevention
The objective is to foster an exchange of experiences with technical experts from Costa Rica's Ministry of Justice and Peace in the fields of prison infrastructure that upholds human rights, education, vocational training, and employment access for incarcerated populations, as well as restorative justice. Additionally, it seeks to exchange experiences with technical experts from Chile's Gendarmerie (penitentiary service) regarding the implementation of the Risk-Needs-Responsivity (RNR) model.
