Support the Brazilian government in developing the platform and investment tools related to the Ecological Transformation Plan

The general objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to support the implementation of the Brazil Platform for Climate Investments and Ecological Transformation - BIP and investment instruments related to the Ecological Transformation Plan (ETP), especially EcoInvest, creating an environment conducive to accelerating sustainable investments and promoting the decarbonization of the Brazilian economy.

The specific objectives are: (i) to develop a dynamic, accessible, transparent and user-friendly technological solution that integrates information and data from the BIP an, ensuring transparency, operational efficiency, comprehensive communication, and the effective participation of target audiences; (ii) to design an Integrated Communication Plan, covering ETP-related defined instruments, with strategic guidelines for institutional communication, stakeholder engagement, and public information dissemination. (iii) to offer technical support to further implementation of EcoInvest, the BIP and/or other ETP-related instruments.
