Integrated urban development and climate resilience in Brazilian cities

This TC aims to support Brazilian cities in designing integrated and resilient urban development projects that promote sustainability and social inclusion. This TC focuses on improving the living conditions of low-income and vulnerable populations through targeted interventions addressing entrenched inequalities and promoting inclusive urban growth. Specifically, this TC will (i) provide technical assistance to municipalities for the design, preparation, and execution of integrated urban development programs, with a focus on sustainability and climate resilience; and (ii) strengthen institutional capacities to ensure projects incorporate technical, environmental, and social analyses, consistent with international and sectoral best practices.
