Urban mobility project for passenger transport on rails in the State of São Paulo, Brazil

The objective of this Technical Cooperation ("TC") is to support the government of the State of São Paulo through its Secretary of Partnerships in Investments (SPI) and the São Paulo Partnerships Company ("CPP") – the beneficiaries – in carrying out the studies for the structuring process of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) for the construction, operation, and maintenance of four passenger rail transport projects in the state of São Paulo (Brazil).
