Strengthening the National Monitoring and Evaluation System

The objective of the technical cooperation (TC) is to support the Brazilian government in strengthening the National Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) System. Although Brazil has an adequate M&E system compared to OECD standards (e.g., production of performance information, quality of evaluation work, etc.), the system presents several challenges in institutionalization, integration, and scaling of its different parts and processes.
