The project's goal is to contribute to the establishment of a better monitoring protocol and solution for the reduction of fetal mortality rates in Brazil and the region and to promote constant prenatal monitoring across geographies. This will be accomplished by wider adoption of affordable telehealth solutions, enhanced accessibility, and the enabling of remote monitoring in rural areas. The enhanced accessibility is important because it allows the country to overcome distance challenges in a continental country like Brazil. By providing world-class health care and patient monitoring in the most remote areas and to underserved patients, the project aims to reduce fetal mortality rates closer to the level of developed countries through improved preventive care.
