Support to the National Public Procurement Network (RNCP)
The main objective of this program is to support the National Public Procurement Network (RNCP, in Portuguese) by promoting effectiveness, transparency and value for money in the public procurement systems of their members at the national and subnational levels. This will be achieved by developing knowledge in this area , as well as by exchanging improved practices and solutions related to digital innovation in public procurement among the network members.
