General Objective: To contribute to the development of capacity building to better support the implementation of the Program of Support for Innovation and Improvement of Industrial Productivity of Minas Gerais from the experiences in other countries in the region. Specific objective : To support two visits by a team of officials of public institutions related to the design and implementation of strategic value chains of Minas Gerais to two countries in Latin America to identify success factors and lessons learned from these processes that serve as input for better implementation in Brazil.
