The general objective of this Project is to amplify the scale and accelerate the rate of adoption of new managerial tools focused on results. This will be done by creating a mechanism that will facilitate the replication of successful experiences at the subnational governments¿ level. The specific objective is to test the feasibility of the mechanism with a pilot Project and to learn lessons that will be applied to the mechanism at the national level and in Latin America.
