BR-T1239 : Improvemnt Design & Implementation of Citizen Security Prog

The proposal presented here is intended to help improve the overall design and implementation of programs with community participation. Specifically, we seek the following two objectives: (i) to provide specialists, technicians and officials of programs designed and financed by the Bank and staff of institutions that expand the experience of a methodological tool for the development of qualified consultations with relevant actors in social programs, and (ii) assess the feasibility of applying the methodology of deliberative experiments to a specific case referred to in the OP Bank in 2012 in Brazil: Violence Prevention Program in Youth the State of Rio Grande do Sul: Generating Opportunities and Protecting the Rights of Youth (BR-L1343).
