BR-T1179 : Project of Modernization in Process and Information Systems of FINEP

The KCP has two main objectives: (1) provide strengthening to FINEP through an integrated solution that allows to integrate the best management practices as well as restructuring internal processes and system architectures and technologies to enhance their contribution to economic development in Brazil, to the extent that the improvement of institutional performance is reflected in more and better results in social economic development, productivity and competitiveness of Brazilian companies and the welfare of the population, (2) To develop capacity aligned with the need to provide modernization in IT systems while reducing the risk of discontinuity that occurs in complex and long term projects that increase the risk in periods of political transitions.
