Social and Environmental Sustainability Program for the UNA Basin

The objective of this technical cooperation is to contribute to the social, environmental and technical sustainability of the UNA project. To attain this objective it has been detected the need for the following actions: i) work with the population to reduce the disposal of solid waste and residues in the canals and flood controlling structures; ii) create land use protocols; and iii) strengthening SESAN to be the main actor in the projects area of influence. These actions represent the three components of this TC.
