The general objective of this Technical Cooperation is to contribute to the design of the pilot component on prevention of violence of the Rio de Janeiro Urban Improvement Program - Phase III. The specific ogjective is to create an intervention methodology with the aim of reducing violence and increase citizen security in low income communities.
