Property Rights Regularization for Popular Settlements in the State of Rio Janei
The principal objective of the Technical Cooperation is to provide support to the State of Rio de Janeiro in its attempt to reduce poverty and improve the quality of life of the poor population in key cities del State. The specific objective of the TC is implement a pilot project for land regularization in two communities in the municipality of Arraial do Cabo. Includes a review of experiences and existing technologies; community involvement; technical evaluation and data collection; procedures for land titling regularization.
