BR-M1116 : Accompanying the Business Evolution of Women-led SMEs: Itaú Unibanco

The general objective of the project is to achieve an increase in revenues and job creation in women-led SMEs in Brazil, by providing access to financial products and services. The specific objective is to support Itaú Unibanco in designing and piloting a new decision-making matrix in its loan origination process for women-led SMEs, which incorporates non-traditional credit risk assessment tools. An additional objective of the project is to connect Itaú Unibanco to Goldman Sachs Foundation¿s 10,000 Women program, so that the latter provides a prospective dealflow (program graduates) for the initial implementation phase of the project.
