Strenght. microfinance services in credit cooperatives in the Northeast

The goal of the project is to contribute to the expansion and deepening of micro finance services in Brazil. Its purpose is to strengthen the capacity of Ascoob Central and its network of member credit cooperatives in the State of Bahia to develop and manage efficently their micro credit programs, with rural orientation. Ascoob Central has recently been authorized by the Central Bank to operate as cooperative central and supervise its members.
