The general objective is to support SESI in its transformation to a national institution that supports sustainable business development, providing solutions for increased competitiveness from the quality of labor relations in enterprises, and these with communities. The specific objective is to develop a diagnostic tool applicable to small enterprises for the development of productivity and competitiveness, showing the positive relationship between economic improvement and good business practices in labor relations and community interaction.
