Small-Firm Access to Corporate Supply Chains
microenterprises and small businesses in Brazil. The purpose is to promote the integration of microenterprises and small businesses from disadvantaged social groups, by helping them act as suppliers to large and medium-sized companies in Brazil.
This project will consolidate the INTEGRARE support model among clusters of MSBs in the target group, promoting social inclusion, equity, and diversity in Brazil. This will be achieved by increasing their administrative capacity, promoting competitiveness at the level of individual firms and associations, and establishing networks between MSBs and large corporations. This model of development
with diversity will be applied in the following sectors: information technology; civil engineering and architecture; consulting services in business management, accounting, systems, etc; marketing and communication; catering; transport; and labor outsourcing.
The project will be divided into four components: (i) Strengthening of
supplier firms (MSBs); (ii) Recruitment and training of INTEGRARE
buyer companies; (iii) Business acceleration and promotion; and
(iv) Systemization, monitoring, and dissemination of the model.
