Strengthening of Technical Capacity of Social Participation in Regulation

The objective of the present operation is to promote society's participation in the fiscalization, control and monitoring of the market's regulatory processes. The objective of the operation will be carried out through the execution of the following components: i) Strengthening of the consumer's participation mechanisms in regulation processes; ; ii) Execution of two pilot projects to strengthen social control mechanisms in regulated sectors; iii) Improvement of the technical and institutional capacity of the consumer protection institutions; and iv) Communication and education of the consumer and the entities that represent their rights.
