Virtual Incubator for Fruit-Processing Microenterprises
Identification and virtual incubation of up to 7 fruit-processing microenterprises located in the metropolitan region of Fortaleza, Ceará State. The focus of the technical assistance offered will be the implementation of quality systems that will seek to meet the minimum health and sanitation requirements of the State's legislation. The implementation of quality systems will be complemented by management courses including the identification of appropriate technology, cost systems, and waste reduction.
