Basic Skills for the Entertainment Industry

The objective of the project is to identify the basic skills that young people in Salvador, Bahia need to have in order to enter the labor market in the entertainment field. Tools will be developed aimed to identify the needs for specific knowledge, and a short-term training program will be designed. The training courses will be complemented with entrepreneurship courses to allow them to start their own microenterprises as sound technicians.
