The general development objective of the program is to promote economic recovery and climate resilience in the state of Rio Grande do Sul (RS). The specific development objectives are: (i) to expand long-term financing for critical infrastructure in the municipalities of RS; and (ii) to expand access to credit for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in areas affected by natural disasters in the state of RS.
