Rodoanel Oeste

The Rodoanel Oeste consists of the financing of concession fee, expansion, rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of the 32 km brownfield tolled west section of the Mario Covas beltway around the city of Sao Paulo, Brazil, pursuant to a 30-year concession (the "Project" or "Rodoanel Oeste") awarded on May 8th 2008 to CCR (95% of the shares) and Encalso Construcoes Ltda. (5% of the shares) (together the "Sponsors").
