Sector Program to Support Competitiveness
This program provides for a sector loan to finance the execution of two components: (i) strengthening public institutions that support productivity abd competitiveness within the framework of the Bolivian Productivity and Competitiveness System (SBPC); and (ii) strengthening public policy in support of the production sector in orter to take advantage of export opportunities. The SBPC, which was created by Executive Order in 2001, encompasses all public and provate institutions that make up the support network for competitiveness at the national, departamental, and municipal levels.
