The objective of this Technical Cooperation (TC) is to strengthen institutional capacities within the Government of Bolivia to support the operationalization of a national digital infrastructure development plan. The TC will develop technical, economic, socio-environmental, and governance analyses to support planning, coordination, and decision-making processes for the development and implementation of priority digital infrastructure initiatives.
