Policy Analysis for Enhancing Labor Productivity

The Technical Cooperation (TC) aims to analyze policy options to promote the generation of formal employment opportunities. In particular, the TC seeks to: (i) analyze policy proposals that foster an enabling environment for business growth and the creation of formal job opportunities; and (ii) propose alternatives that promote the acquisition and upgrading of workers' skills to access formal employment opportunities. Additionally, the TC will design policies to promote access to higher-quality jobs for specific groups such as women, youth, persons with disabilities (PwD), members of the LGBTQ+ community, and Indigenous people.
